I was speaking to a fellow sales manager today, and we discussed the key factors in having our sales reps execute a plan to get to the next level in their sales.  They key ingredients were 1st having the will to do it, 2nd buying into it and 3rd being consistent not for 2 days but for 30 hours. In other words making it a habit.  Very similar to the success a co-worker was having with his sales team by making the goal simple and repeatable to gain confidence.
