Stand in front of the mirror with great posture. Take 4 deep breaths until you feel a sense of power, strength and determination. Look into the very depths of your eyes and tell yourself you are going to get what you want. Now say it out loud so you can see your lips and mouth move. Hear the words.
Ascent Habit Practice: Make a regular habit of it by saying it 2x’s a day morning and evenings. You will be surprised by the results. Within a few days you will have developed inner self confidence.
